Coral Island Kepri Package Cancellation Policy:

If the Guest cancels the Kepri Coral Resort One Day Tour Package Activity Agreement 6 Days Prior to the Tour Day, We Will Return Payment 50% (Fifty Percent) of the total paid.
If the Guest cancels the Kepri Coral Resort Tour Package Activity Agreement Prior to the Day of the Tour, we declare the Payment forfeited.
If 6 Days Before the Tour Package is implemented there are participants unable to leave, then we will deduct 50% of the price per person.
If 3 Days Before the Implementation there are participants who are unable to go, then we will regarding the deduction of 80% of the price per person.
If prior to the implementation of the vacation package there are participants who are unable to leave due to illness, then we will be deducting 50% of the price per person.
